Introduction
Sysmarc Technology Services (Sysmarc TS™) offers Standard Hourly Rates for technical / IT support. All support contracts – include both On-site and Remote Desktop Management services.
Services Offered
Onsite Service – Sysmarc will come to your office to help you solve a problem or perform IT tasks. Onsite Service allows you to request a support technician to troubleshoot or configure your computers and network. Available 8am – 5pm / Monday – Friday. Destination charges may apply.
Telephone / Email Support
We can solve problems without coming to your office. Destination charges do not apply. Available 8am – 5pm - Monday to Friday.
Remote Desktop / Server Management
With Remote Management - "virtual techs" eliminate the difficulties associated with users having to explain what they see on their screens over the phone. Available 8am – 5pm - Monday to Friday.
